Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
All prices include a label for each piece of equipment, stating whether it has passed or failed, and a test certificate detailing all test results, delivered on the same day. We can travel to any location and work during hours that suit you.
£69 + VAT
Our minimum PAT Testing call-out charge is £69 + VAT per property and includes up to 10 tests.
£0.45 + VAT
We charge 45p + VAT per mile to cover our fuel cost and time to get to you.
£1.50 + VAT
If you require more than 10 tests, we charge £1.50 + VAT for every additional test. The same charges apply to our Socket Testing services.
£9 + VAT
We charge £9 + VAT for any repairs to extensions, flexes, or plugs.
*please note that a 4-socket extension means that 4 tests are required
Socket Testing
£1.50 + VAT
We charge £1.50 per socket to carry out Socket Testing. We visually inspect each socket and then carry out a test using our tester to assess whether wall sockets are properly wired and working safely.
Lead Water Testing
£69 + VAT
We can attend your rental property taking the sample of your drinking water using our lab approved sample bottles and then arrange for the UKAS approved Laboratory to carry out a suitable lead in water analysis for you.
Fire Risk Assessments (FRA)

We charge £69 + VAT for our Legionella Risk Assessments.
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

We charge £99 + VAT for our Gas Safety Certificates (CP12).
Floor Plans
£99 + VAT
We charge £99 (+ VAT) + £9 (+ VAT) per bedroom for our Floor Plans.
£69 + VAT
We charge £69 (+ VAT) for our Floor Plans Adjustments. If you already have a floor plan of a property but require additions to meet regulatory requirements, we can add the relevant details.
Microwave Emissions Leakage Testing
£9 + VAT
We charge £9 + VAT per microwave for our Microwave Emissions Leakage Testing.
Smoke Alarm & Heat Alarm Certificate
£99 + VAT
We charge £99 + VAT for our Smoke Alarm and Heat Alarm Certificate.
